Alright, it seems that the whole "wedding theme" picture set was part of the cover of Depeche Mode's new single, "Suffer Well", from the album Playing The Angel. This is the whole cover. And David Gaham could have chosen a better look for a wedding, what happened to the old English sense of classic elegance for God's sake?

Dave looks like he got into a fight with the wardrobe people. I'm not sure about the sleeve concept, it's a rather obvious approach that isn't as clever as it wants to be.
I've seen the video now and it gives the photo a bit more of a context explaining why Dave looks so miserable.
